Both methods work. When using QR-code (slightly faster), it is recommended to provide an email address later. This way, we are able to send your personal credentials. 

PsyMate app: email registration

With this method, you will receive an email with a username, password and corresponding number. These credentials provide access to the online reporting page. Please check if this email address is correct, otherwise you will not receive the credentials. Some e-mails end up in the spam filter. Still didn’t receive an email? Please contact our helpdesk

PsyMate app: QR-code registration

This is a faster method, but personal credentials are not generated automatically. Viewing your data via the online reporting page is only possible through the app itself (by scanning the QR-code in the menu). 
When logging out in the app, it is no longer possible to request your personal data (because of privacy reasons). Therefore, we recommend providing an email address by clicking on the ‘Start here’ button on the home screen. Then you will receive an email with a username, password and corresponding number. This allows access to your personal data at all times.
